The International Federation of Automotive Experts (FIEA) is pleased to announce that its Annual General Assembly will take place in the United Kingdom on 17 and 18 September 2026.
This event will bring together representatives of member federations, automotive experts, and industry partners for three days dedicated to international cooperation, Federation business, and the technical developments shaping the future of automotive expertise.
Programme Overview
📅 Wednesday, 16 September
- Arrival of participants and hotel check-in.
📅 Thursday, 17 September
- FIEA General Assembly hosted at Thatcham Research, a leading European centre for automotive research and innovation.
- Presentation of Federation activities, ongoing projects, future developments, and exchanges between member countries.
📅 Friday, 18 September
- FIEA Technical Day at Thatcham Research.
- Workshops, demonstrations, and technical presentations focusing on developments in the automotive sector, emerging technologies, repair methods, vehicle assessment, and future industry challenges.
- French and English interpretation will be provided throughout the day.
FIEA Gala Dinner
On Friday evening, participants will gather at the prestigious Donnington Grove Hotel, a magnificent 18th-century historic manor house located in the heart of the English countryside.
The Gala Dinner will offer an excellent opportunity for networking and informal exchanges between representatives from member countries.
For Motorsport and Classic Car Enthusiasts: Goodwood Revival
Participants wishing to extend their stay will have the opportunity to attend the renowned Goodwood Revival, one of the world’s most prestigious historic motorsport events.
This optional visit, arranged on an individual basis, offers a unique chance to experience exceptional classic vehicles, historic racing demonstrations, and the unmistakable atmosphere of a golden era of motorsport.
